Forest of Dean (Gloucestershire)
The Forest of Dean area contains a mixture of housing, forestry and agriculture and includes part of the Wye Valley in the west, the Malvern Hills in the north, both areas being outstanding for their natural beauty, and the Forest of Dean National Park. The northern part of the district is mainly agricultural whilst the southern area contains large areas of woodland. As a whole the Forest of Dean is unique for its variety of landscape and scenery.
